Who is Julia Mohseni

Julia moved to Colorado in 2009 when a group of friends insisted that she was going to love it here. Boy, were they right! Being able to hike, sit by the river, eat great food, snowboard, attend amazing concerts, and spend time in this beautiful state is what brings a smile to Julia’s face. Her enthusiasm for living in the front range is evident.

Before she began her career in real estate, Julia was a Montessori preschool teacher and administrator. Working in the field of Early Childhood Education was a true passion of Julia’s that allowed her to use her Bachelor’s of Arts in Theatre Dance Education. She started at Countryside Montessori School in 2011. Always wanting to learn more, Julia continued her education to receive her Montessori Certification and then her Director’s License. Julia was always honored to support families while they were adjusting to and navigating life with young children. Being a trusted advisor was a job she did not take lightly.

In 2021 Julia decided to make a change. She left the field of Early Childhood Education and jumped right into Real Estate. Skills that allowed her to thrive while in the classroom effortlessly transferred over to being a Realtor: attention to detail, individualized approach, clear communication, active listening, offering support and patience, and a persistent attitude! She will be on your side, 100%.

In addition to working together on your next real estate transaction, you can listen to Julia when she is on air with KGNU. In May of 2022 Julia began volunteering as a DJ. When she is on air, as DJ Jules, you will hear her enthusiastically play funk, soul, dance and motown hits. All of her shows are archived on kgnu.org.
