Who is Julia Mohseni

Julia moved to Colorado in 2009 after a group of friends insisted she’d love it here — and they were absolutely right. From hiking and snowboarding to riverside afternoons, live music, and great local food, Julia quickly fell in love with everything the Colorado Front Range has to offer. Her enthusiasm for life in Longmont and the surrounding area shines through in both her work and her community involvement.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Julia spent over a decade working in Early Childhood Education as a Montessori preschool teacher and administrator. She began her journey at Countryside Montessori School in 2011 and went on to earn both her Montessori Certification and Director’s License. Her background in education — and her Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Dance Education — gave her a unique ability to communicate clearly, listen deeply, and support families through important life transitions.

In 2021, Julia made the leap into real estate — a field where her strengths naturally carried over.
